Magnetic properties deterioration of non-oriented steel due to laser cutting

چکیده

In the manufacturing process of electrical machines, laser cutting is widely used to produce laminations cores. The internal stresses introduced by high-energy beam will lead deterioration in magnetic properties non-oriented silicon steels. To accurately predict core losses it important analyze degree and mechanism steel sheets caused cutting. this paper, first, local 35WW250 at different positions are measured under alternating sinusoidal excitation, which degradation evaluated based on loss from macroscopic perspective. Second, microscopic perspective, observed domain patterns edge those evolutions excitation field investigated. experimental results demonstrate that can steels with a transverse depth 18 mm edge. Moreover, leads significant variations domains positions. magneto-optical observation measurement verified effectiveness analytical method, great significance for evaluation improvement processing technique
